“Great experience! As a first time user, I was skeptical to say the least. I have to admit that I was quite impressed by the level of professionalism and skill of both therapists (my wife and mine). Julia and Michelle did a great job! They arrived before time and provided a terrific massage experience. I normally don’t provide reviews but in this case i felt that i should. Keep up the great work!” – From Alex
“This is an amazing concept. I have to admit I was skeptical about inviting perfect strangers into our home but Soothe seems to have employed truly professional and skilled massage therapists. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage and was delighted not to have to shower in a public bathroom afterward! The cherry on top was that it was way less expensive than most in-home massage therapists.” – From Nancy
“Downloaded the app, set an appointment. Was texted 20 minutes later saying that time isn’t in fact available (they did however charge my credit card). They asked if I wanted to change to about an hour and a half later; I said sure, that could work. They charged my card again for the full amount. 30 min before the appointment I get another text “no one is available for this time”. Meanwhile: THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR A SERVICE THEY DIDN’T INTEND ON FULFILLING. I texted asking why I was charged, their response “we just hold the funds. It’ll be reversed in a few days.” Garbage business. Don’t use.” – From kirsten voss nelson
“DO NOT USE THEM! This is the worst service. I purchased a card for my friend and she never received the email. I contacted customer service by email several times requesting they resend the card. This never occurred. When I called to get my money back I was given the run around and told all sales final, although the fine print says non-refundable for cash, in this case I am asking for a refund for services never rendered. I have yet to get my money back or be contacted as promised by upper management to get this resolved. Terrible service.” – From Anon
“These guys never disappoint. I’ve had a great experience with each of the therapist I’ve had so far. They are all professional and have done an equally good job. Definitely worth the cost. I don’t have to drive anywhere, I’m in the comfort of my own home, and I can take a nap right after my massage! You can use my code to get a substantial discount: WYTIB. Enjoy!” – From Jay
