- Mix two teaspoons of matcha powder with two teaspoons of water and stir it into a paste.
- Leave this for 15-20 minutes, and remove the mask when it hardens with warm water.

- If you want to nourish your skin even more powerfully, you can add a teaspoon of honey to the mask.
Make Matcha Milk

It also has a detoxifying effect and improves your concentration and memory. For one cup of matcha milk, you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 100ml water
- 150ml milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
Boil the water and let it sit for 5 minutes to cool. Meanwhile, warm the milk in a saucepan. Put the matcha powder into a cup and add water. Whisk with a spoon or whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. Then whisk in the hot milk until frothy and pour into the cup. Since matcha powder is a little bitter, add honey, and the milk is ready to serve.
